Favorite season and why?

"Caroline and I both love the fall. The way the air smells in the evening, sitting around a fire pit with friends, days at the local apple orchard or pumpkin patch. We love the colors of fall and the excitment felt of the upcoming holiday season where we decorate and celebrate and spend time with loved ones. We also love fall because our favorite "holiday" takes place... HALLOWEEN! Every year for Halloween, we host a big party for our friends and their families. Children of all ages attend and everyone must wear a costume! There are activities for children such as scavenger hunts, pumpkin decorating, and a pinata! Our friends tell us every year how their children look forward to this party. Caroline and I spend weeks planning a theme and decorating, as well as coming up with new activities for the guests. This is by far our favorite party of the year." - Jacquelyn

"Home. I can take my time building and fixing things, which makes me feel good." - Michael

Favorite season and why?

"I love winter. Things slow down and we can make awesome memories as a family in the snow. Also all the snow birds leave town and go south for the winter." - Duncan

Favorite season and why?

"I love spring. There's the mystery and suspense of wondering which flowers and bushes I've planted in previous years will return for another go around the sun. Then there's the joy of watching them burst into bloom at different times and in different colors, filling our yard with cheerful pinks, purples, and yellow, and wonderful scents. There's the hope and ancitipation involved in watching blossoms transform into the beginnings of peaches I can't wait to enjoy in late summer." - Monique

My philosophy on parenting is...

"That it should be child centered, based on their needs. I belive in being a kind and supportive parent that is always there for my child and to teach them how to navigate the world while being a good person." - Alyssa

I'm super competitive when it comes to...

"game nights with my siblings and their partners. Overall, I'd say that I don't have much of a competitive side. But I love whenever my siblings and I get together for family game nights. Whether we're playing a board game, ping-pong, pool, or charades, we can't help but get really into it!" - Sam
