Welcome!! We are Jackie and Caroline. We are two girls with big hearts, the love for food, animals, and travel, and now we are looking for our next big adventure as parents! As parents, we vow not only to keep a child safe, but introduce them to all that life has to offer through experience, education, and play. Coming from two very close knit families, we hope to pass on our family traditions to our child and also guide them on their own path and provide them with an environment to become their own, unique individual. we really look forward to meeting you so that you can learn about us and the great qualities we can offer as potential parents to your child!

We are the best choice because…
We are the best because we offer love and stability in a child's life. The Child's safety will always be the most important factor to our child rearing. I not only want to be a friend to our child, but also, someone that they look up to. I have always dreamed of being a mother and creating wonderful experiences for my child and having a close and connected relationship with them, while also encouraging them to be their own individual person. Jackie and I both value the importance of education, creativity, travel and experiences to help shape the future of our child.

If you had to live on an RV or sailboat for the rest of your life, which would it be?
A sailboat, or any boat in general. My family grew up with a boat and being "on the water" is where I feel the most at peace. During the summer, we actually lived on our boat and "sailed" from one marina to the next in the New York and New England area where we were able to see many different towns and boating communities. The sea air is freeing and calming. From a young age, my parents have instilled the importance of boating and water safety. Swimming and boating lessons were a necessity if we were to be on the water as a family. Being on the water isn't just an activity, it is an experience and to this day, brings me so much excitement. I also love boating because I know that this is an activity that Jackie also loves, as her family has generations of fisherman. Although we do not have a boat now, we hope to carry on our families boating traditions. We still enjoy water activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and just sitting at the beach, enjoying the sun and waves.

Favorite season and why?
Caroline and I both love the fall. The way the air smells in the evening, sitting around a fire pit with friends, days at the local apple orchard or pumpkin patch. We love the colors of fall and the excitment felt of the upcoming holiday season where we decorate and celebrate and spend time with loved ones. We also love fall because our favorite "holiday" takes place... HALLOWEEN! Every year for Halloween, we host a big party for our friends and their families. Children of all ages attend and everyone must wear a costume! There are activities for children such as scavenger hunts, pumpkin decorating, and a pinata! Our friends tell us every year how their children look forward to this party. Caroline and I spend weeks planning a theme and decorating, as well as coming up with new activities for the guests. This is by far our favorite party of the year.

Dogs or cats?
We love all kinds of animals. We have two small dogs, Charli & Rosie, and a cat, Riley, who have become our world. We are so happy to share our lives with them and take them along to vacation or just include them in every day activities so they feel how loved they are. When we are not with them, we are sure to provide them with the best care givers. Because we have such a deep love for animals, it is common that while vacationing, we often look local wild life or visit animal santuaries where we can see as many animals as possible.

What is the best word to describe our family?
Loving. Caroline and I are very affectionate with one another and our pets who are currently our "babies". We always want to show the people in our home that they are loved by cooking each other's favorite meals, playing one anothers favorite music, or doing their favorite activities together.
