"It is difficult to choose just one place. I love to travel and have been all over the world. Some of my favorite destinations are Iceland, Zambia, Norway and Slovenia. Places closer to home also provide a wonderful feeling of belonging and comfort. My childhood home makes me feel especially safe and loved. " - Rachel

"Positive redirection, and making sure my parenting-style is love-centered above all. I studied child development and I know the importance of feeling safe, nurtured, and having your needs met (physical and emotional).This is the grounwork and foundation for growing into a healthy adult." - Emily

"I love both, but I have always had cats. Because they are loving, sweet, independent and I dont feel guilty like leaving a dog. But I do regularly dog sit the best and cutest Golden Doodle!" - Linsey

Favorite season and why?

"Christmas season! Now I know its not technically a season but it is truly my favorite time of the year and makes me so happy and I strive to share the christmas joy with others. Christmas cookies are my expertise." - Johnathan

"My Grandpa Glen. He passed this last year and I miss him so much. " - Tiffany

We are the best choice because…

"I am dedicated to providing a home where the child is free to become their truest self, is healthy (physically, mentally, and spiritually), and knows they are loved and cared for. I have created a life where I can be both a working mom and a stay-at-home mom (with no chance of divorce!) and living in one of the most child-friendly neighborhoods near our nation's capitol. I have a strong community around me, including my parents, dear friends (with and without young children), supportive colleagues, and nearby family, all excited to welcome a new child into the fold." - Ronda
