Favorite season and why?

"Caroline and I both love the fall. The way the air smells in the evening, sitting around a fire pit with friends, days at the local apple orchard or pumpkin patch. We love the colors of fall and the excitment felt of the upcoming holiday season where we decorate and celebrate and spend time with loved ones. We also love fall because our favorite "holiday" takes place... HALLOWEEN! Every year for Halloween, we host a big party for our friends and their families. Children of all ages attend and everyone must wear a costume! There are activities for children such as scavenger hunts, pumpkin decorating, and a pinata! Our friends tell us every year how their children look forward to this party. Caroline and I spend weeks planning a theme and decorating, as well as coming up with new activities for the guests. This is by far our favorite party of the year." - Jacquelyn

"We have a strong sense of community in our small town. We can depend on our neighbors and they can depend on us." - Michael

My favorite place in the World is...

"home. I've traveled a lot around the world but my favorite thing is to come back home at the end of each trip and enjoy reconnecting with the people and places who help make me who I am at heart. My family is there excited to hear about my adventures but then even more delighted to share a meal and enjoy the beauty of the valley where we live." - Monique

"Dogs and cats! We have an 8 years old cat (from Venezuela) name Cata and an 1 year dog name Nana we love both so much " - Lorena Jiménez

If you had to live on an RV or sailboat for the rest of your life, which would it be?

"RV! Though I love the beach and ocean, I can't say I find the idea of living on the water all that appealing! I also really enjoy camping and hiking, and there are so many beautiful mountains and forests in the continental US that I'd love to explore via a cross-country trip!" - Sam
