Hello!

Dear Expectant Mom, I hope this letter finds you well and surrounded by love. My name is Kylie, and I’d like take this opportunity to tell you a bit about myself and my journey to motherhood, as well as what I imagine for the future for both your child and our relationship. I am a former teacher turned therapist, passionate about supporting my clients on their paths toward healing and growth. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and families, as well as providing parent coaching. I am also a proud dog mom to three fur babies who bring endless joy and companionship into my home. They keep me active and add a daily dose of fun and snuggles into my life. As I’ve been unable to have children, they have been my outlet for maternal love and nurturing. Growing up as the youngest of seven siblings, family has always been at the heart of everything I do. I now also have three sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, and twelve nieces and nephews in my ever-growing family. We are best friends and spend as much time together as we can since we are lucky enough to all live close to one another. Whether it’s babysitting, having a game night, going out to dinner, or simply just hanging out on a sunny day, we find any excuse to get together. Holidays are the highlight of the year, when the entire family celebrates as one. If your baby was to join our family, they would be loved and accepted with open arms by all, with lots of cousins, aunts, and uncles to support them. My journey to motherhood has taken unexpected twists and turns due to severe stage four endometriosis that led to a hysterectomy. However, I am filled with hope and gratitude as I eagerly await the arrival of the baby that is meant for me through the beauty that is adoption. I have wanted to be a mother for as long as I can remember, and can’t think of a more special way to be blessed with a child. My hope is for you to be able to envision the life your baby would have in my home—a life filled with joy, love, family…and dogs. I’m passionate about children having a voice and being given the opportunity to have their thoughts, opinions and emotions listened to and respected. Your child would be hugged, kissed, loved, celebrated, and absolutely cherished. They would also be surrounded by a supportive network of family and friends who are so excited to shower them with love and affection every step of the way. If we were to embark on this journey together, I want you to know that I am committed to honoring our future relationship with openness, honesty, and respect. I understand the importance of maintaining a connection between you and your child and I am dedicated to making space for that relationship. Whether it's through letters, photos, or occasional visits, my goal is for your baby to know their story and the love that surrounds them from all sides. I will never hesitate to tell them how much love and selflessness you exhibited and will only ever have positive things to say. In my eyes, you would be becoming an extended member of my family. Our bond would last a lifetime, as we would be forever connected. I would be so honored and eternally grateful for the opportunity to welcome your baby into my heart and home, and I promise to cherish and love them unconditionally every single day. With heartfelt gratitude and warmest wishes, Kylie & the pups- Piper, Ziggy, and Millie (who can’t wait for a human sibling to love!)

Do you consider yourself religious or spiritual?

Spiritual, yes. I believe that there is a power greater than us, and that the universe has a plan for each one of us. I believe there's a reason for everything, even if we can't see it at first.

Favorite season and why?

Fall and winter. I love the cozy vibes, snuggling with blankets, lighting candles, wearing big sweaters, playing in the snow. I always have and always will!
