Amit and I have been together for over 17 years and married for 15. A few years after our wedding, we moved to the United States to pursue studies at UC Berkeley. We quickly fell in love with the country, its people, and the welcoming environment, deciding to make the Bay Area our home. As a couple, we share the same core values: family first, mutual respect, and deep friendship. We have always dreamt of having children and building a family together. We feel fortunate to have a supportive network of friends and extended family, many of whom have children we adore spending time with. While our journey to parenthood has been challenging—including several unsuccessful attempts to conceive naturally and through IVF—we remain hopeful and excited to grow our family through adoption. We have cherished being closely involved in raising our nephew and niece, and our family is thrilled to welcome another child into our lives. Their unwavering support gives us confidence that we can provide a nurturing, loving, and stable home for a child. We deeply respect the profound decision you face and can only imagine how difficult it must be to choose what is best for your child.
