Hello, We cannot begin to thank you enough for taking the time to learn about us as you consider adoption, and consider us as potential parents for your child. While we can never really understand this difficult time in your life, we have nothing but the most respect for you, and your unconditional love for your child. We hope this letter will help you to better understand us as individuals and as a family. We have always dreamed about becoming parents and are excited to be on this journey. Family is so important to us and we have a strong support system in our family and friends, including Alyssa's birth family. Alyssa was adopted at 30 days old and we know what a beautiful experience adoption can be. Your child will be so loved by so many, as both of us have large extended families and a large group of friends. We want you to know that we will do whatever we can to make your child's dreams come true. We want you to know that we are looking forward to sharing your child's life with you. If you are open to it, we would love nothing more than to welcome you into our family. Thank you again for taking the time to read our bio. We hope that you find peace in your decision whatever it may be. We admire you, your courage, and your bold love for your child. Love, Alyssa and Sean

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you look at the night sky?
I love looking at the night sky and when I look up it always reminds of how vast and beautiful our universe is, and then I start to wonder if we are truly alone or if there is other intelligent life out there.

My philosophy on parenting is...
That it should be child centered, based on their needs. I belive in being a kind and supportive parent that is always there for my child and to teach them how to navigate the world while being a good person.
-Alyssa
Dogs or cats?
Both!
-Alyssa
My philosophy on parenting is...
that babies come into the world with their needs, wants, and goals mainly formed. It's the parent's job to meet the needs and wants of the baby and help them grow into the child they want to be while helping them achieve their goals along the way. I believe open, honest discussions with baby/child lead to a happy and healthy relationship.
-Sean Scott
Favorite season and why?
I absolutely love fall when the air starts to get crisp and the leaves change colors. I love to travel during the fall and experience different fall festivals and go apple and pumpkin picking. I love to bake and the flavors of fall are some of my favorite.
-Alyssa
Complete the sentence, “I can’t live without……”
Alyssa, books, and my fur babies.

If I could have dinner with anyone—dead or alive—I would pick...
I would pick to have dinner with Marcus Aurelius. He became emperor after being adopted by the previous emperor who could not have child. There were many Roman emperors who could not bear child and would adopt an heir to the throne. But Marcus decided to make his biological son Comodus emperor which would end a time of peace for Rome.
