My philosophy on parenting is...

build a great relationship with our kids like I had growing up.

-Frankie

Three years from now, I hope our child’s birth mom is…

confident, happy, and successful in whatever path she chooses for her future. I hope she always knows our family is here for her and her child will ALWAYS know her and their adoption story.

-Julie

My favorite place in the World is...

spending time with my family.

-Julie

Favorite season and why?

Christmas is my all time favorite time of year. The house is usually decorated for Christmas in November and stays up until January 1st!!!!

-Julie

I hope our child’s birth mother is…

ready to be loved by our family just as our daughter's birthmother and her family is now. We have so much love for our daughter's birthfamily and we have a forever connection with them.

-Julie

Dogs or cats?

BOTH! We had two cats and two dogs but recently our 14 year old dog passed away. We also have a horse and hopefully more in the future!

-Julie

I'm super competitive when it comes to...

Board games!

-Julie

If I could change one thing about the World, it would be...

to spread the word far and wide that Adoption is an Option!! I feel that adoption isn't talked about enough or understood well enough. I wish I could share our adoption story with everyone!

-Julie

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you look at the night sky?

The endless possibility that if you dream for it and pray for it that good things come to those who wait.

-Julie

If you had to live on an RV or sailboat for the rest of your life, which would it be?

RV. We have been camping since our daughter was 2 1/2 years old and she loves it.

-Frankie

In five years our relationship with our child’s birth mother will…

be built on a foundation of mutual love and respect. That we will enjoy getting to visit rather they are virtual or in person visits and that we will keep in touch as often as she is comfortable with

-Julie

If you had to live on an RV or sailboat for the rest of your life, which would it be?

RV!!! WE love camping! We go many times a year and have built many traditions over the years with our friends and their kids!

-Julie

Do I have kids? How do they feel about a sibling?

Our daughter has been praying and asking when she will get to be a big sissy. She will make an amazing protective sister and we can't wait for that day to watch her fall in love with a forever sibling

-Julie

The most special thing I own is...

our house. It's where we can all be together and it's what we worked so hard for in life. A place to come together and spend quality time with family.

-Frankie

My best friend would describe me as...

someone who is a mom to all the kids, nurturing, motherly, and loves hard.

-Julie

If I could choose one type of food to eat for the rest of my life, it would be:

Chinese food!

-Frankie

Do I have kids? How do they feel about a sibling?

She is waiting for the day she gets to be a big sister. She talks often about being there for a brother or sister and how exciting about going to school and getting to do things together.

-Frankie

What is the best word to describe our family?

Silly....our daughter has adopted our silly personalities. She is outgoing, silly, loving, and has the most tender caring heart for a 9 year old. We have a lot of silly, playful time together.

-Frankie

My neighborhood is a good place to raise a family because…

We live in a gated community with a pool and the kids enjoy playing together and spending time at the park and the pool. It's quiet and safe with security and we live close to a great school district.

-Frankie

Favorite season and why?

Baseball Season! Go Giants!!!! October is my favorite season because I go all out for Halloween! Our house is known as the Spider House in the neighborhood and is always a popular stop for families.

-Frankie

My philosophy on parenting is...

enjoy the time you have with them because it goes by fast. To cuddle them as often as possible. To always listen and make them feel special and heard. No need to yell they listen better when you don't
