Montauk for sure. I have been coming since I was a kid then as an adult, with friends. I brought Elizabeth as our first weekend trip and now it's kind of our place. We visit all throughout the year.

Tough call, we go on at least one international trip every year and go all over the US. I think my favorite vacation was our trip to Ireland two years ago.

Lead with grace and humility. Embrace the messiness and the humor. Play every day. Laugh a lot. Apologize when you mess up. Value them for the individual that they are.
