The Outer Banks in North Carolina. Sarah and I plan to buy a second home there in the coming years, and retire there some day when we're old and gray!

RV! If you lived on a sailboat, there are so many unknowns and dangers! Living in an RV, you can move about the country freely and explore so many different places.

It would be an RV near the ocean! That way I could have the best of both worlds. All the modern amenities of living on the main land with the ocean out my front door!
